Unauthorised solicitation referencing Advisors & Partners GP S.a r.l, its personnel, and A&P Selective Investment Fund S.C.A., SICAV – RAIF (Groupama Gan Vie)

We are aware of an unauthorised communication circulating in the market that purports to involve:

  • Advisors & Partners GP S.a r.l (the “General Partner”), and its personnel; and
  • A&P Selective Investment Fund S.C.A., SICAV – RAIF (the “Fund”)

and which solicits a subscription to a Groupama Gan Vie product.

The General Partner, its personnel, the Fund, and any related parties have no connection with this solicitation or with any Groupama Gan Vie product offering. Any such communication is not issued by us and is unauthorised.

Important information

  • Any legitimate communication from us will use the official contact details and through official channels.
  • We do not request payments based solely on unsolicited messages or documents, and we will not ask you to send funds without appropriate verification via our official channels.
